- What bandwidth is allocated to my VPS?
For Cloud KVM VPS, we allocate each VPS with 1 TB bandwidth on 1 Gbps port. For Mini Pro VPS, we allocate each VPS with 600 GB bandwidth on 500 Mbps port. We count both incoming and outgoing bandwidth.
- What happen if bandwidth limit reached?
We will limit your port to 10 Mbps when you reach the bandwidth limit in US and EU locations (except San Jose). We will suspend your VPS to the end of the month when you reach the bandwidth limit in Asia-Pacific locations. You can upgrade your bandwidth at anytime in the client area.
- Do you allow service transfer?
For all VPS products, we do not allow account transfer.
- What ports do you block?
We block outgoing port 25 to prevent spamming, if you need to use port 25 for sending emails, you can contact us or use 3rd party email sending service.
