Ok guys. it's been 2 days and i didn't get any offer yet. In other hand, i learn reverse proxy (not tested yet) can help and i would use cloudflare also. So i am changing my mind to DMCA ignored to not DMCA ignored now. still hoping for Ryzen, NVme vps at cheapest possible. within next 50 hours, I would love to choose any one i find suitable. .

Wait for when a Luxembourg slice from BuyVM becomes available (usually once or twice per month at the start of the month) and use it as a reverse proxy for your main server.

Is the Alexhost VPS 100 MBps? BuyVM/Frantech will let you burst to 1gbps.

100MBPS enough for reverse proxy. buyvm is more expensive and out of stock always

    Doesn’t matter now.

Why everybody wants DMCA ignored VPS nowadays?
illegal content or copy-paste content or just to be safe?

Except for MS and Google, I have found that every US based company respect counter-notice. If you are not doing anything illegal, you can win the battle using counter-notice.

MS and Google behave like federal judges; they do not give any f** to counter-notices and declare verdict as per their wish. These two companies are just f**king US DMCA law from all sides.

Your question is quite simple to answer. Most people are fed up with false dmca notices, even if they are illegitimate, many waste time looking for another hosting or server. That's it, work and if it's always suspended or disabled until removed (even if it's his) it's a lot of work.

So nowadays it's better to go with an offshore hosting or server, it causes less headaches for site administrators and owners. The website may even be nice, but it's less headaches.

As long as there is no hosting company that rejects and analyzes well the DMCA sent by fake companies, they will hardly have users. This is valid for fake dmca's!

What's the problem with the OP wanting to go to an offshore accommodation? I don't see any problem.

Despite being a dedicated topic, I gave some solutions, you can find maybe ryzen or better servers. They are offshore, therefore. Check this as they are offshore and dmca ignored.

We have a crate of gear going to LUX as we speak :) Its taking its sweet freakin' time though since it missed the flight it was supposed to take.

We're hoping to see the gear arrive this week. New nodes are based on Ryzen 5900x's along side ~900T of slabs if that interests you.

We also have some nice bandwidth changes on the way too!

My bad, I read it as $20/month. I noticed later that it's $20/year. Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer anything at that price point. Sorry for the confusion.

Honestly, this should be the standard response on LET to substantially unreasonable requests.

Even if you host on a "no DMCA" server, how will you deal with Google and Bing. You website will never be listed.

If you are hosting porn videos or movies only for you and your friends, hosting on a "no DMCA" server makes sense. If you want to earn from your website, without Google and Bing, nothing can happen unless you have millions for advertising.

Wait, 512mb slices are going away?

My first BuyVM slice was 256MB back in 2013.

    LV BuyVM-256MB - VPN (02/05/2013 - 02/28/2013)
    Operating System: Debian 6
    Extra IPv4: 0 x IPv4 Address $1.00 USD
DoS-Filtered IP: 1 x BuyVM Aegis DDoS Filter $3.00 USD
    Extra Bandwidth: 0 x 1TB Bandwidth $2.50 USD
    Extra HDD Space: 0 x 50GB HDD $5.00 USD

I believe they've been discontinued since somewhere end of last year or beginning of this year.

I suppose they were abuse magnets and also a waste of v4s.

Nope. Your main website is not removed by Google and some links are refused by Google to be removed. If is that you are saying most pirate websites even news aren't probably online those days.

It will working. DMCA Ignored hosting is the way. Even if they remove you post again and is reindexed.

Unless they go after you to sue or trying to block in search engines.

If you have a fixed regular user, then it's ok to earn without advertising or google bing. And you can create new links for removed links. Just google your site "site:xyz.com" and read all dmca reports.

Yes. a few pirated movie series streaming site, porn site, image hosting site. all over 4-5gb with 5-10 wp installed. anything else?

Netherlands can be DMCA ignore but not copyright ignore.
Actually, most hosting companies respect local takedown complaint.

    Include above providers:
    https://hostslick.com/tos.php
Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of the laws of Germany or Netherlands is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material
    https://incognet.io/
As they use WorldStream, is not a bulletproof datacenter.

OP never asked for buletproof hosting, that is different of Offshore Hosting.
Incognet is working and is good to go. Is not because they use Worldstream that they can't ignore if they are the owner of IPs. ;) There is a "contract" with probably gives the responsability to who owns IP Range space? Only @MannDude can answer that, not me.

Don't compare. If you aren't confortable with that you can go with others providers.
