Looks like they have a bad support, I mean had seen opinions that they aren't fully dmca ignored under pressure and much more like that, they are also listed in US Piracy List. I wouldn't recommend, they aren't bad, but you have better.

Well those are DMCA Ignored but also have threads about they suspended warez websites without any warning, just make a research, they should ignore dmca and they are good to go, but Malaysia network, I'm not sure if is great for Europe. Too much marketing here..

Let me advice you to read carefully their AUP, TOS and even trying to contact them before host anything. Just make sure they allow it.
I advice to avoid resellers and going with Hostings with own Network or Datacenter.
Instead reselling of OVH etc.

I am looking for a fully managed product as I have zero experience managing a server.

I am not so technical, but I have used 2 types of hosting in my experience online (10 years): Shared hosting with cPanel, Fully managed VPS with cPanel.
I am looking for any of these 2 ideally.

Any shared hosting is full managed and comes with cPanel.
VPS with cPanel + Management won't be cheap as you want.
The providers listed can certainly do that.

What type of content are you going to host? I'm hosting a game downloding site on Oracle Cloud and using Cloudfront as the front of the website, i haven't received any notifications about DMCA either from AWS or Oracle.
They don't need to, they give your information without court order. DMCA is a US law.
Why they should worry about you? Any issue they forward your personal details.
