Is there good certificate manage solution?

The acme client I am using now has a lot of problems. For example, when there is a problem with the official Letcencrypt server, the certificate will not be automatically rolled back. This will cause Nginx to fail to start, and then cause letsencrypt failed to authenticate.

Another problem is monitoring. When Cloudflare is used, the ordinary monitoring site becomes difficult, it is impossible to know whether the certificate is invalid because of flexsible SSL.

Another issue is the frequency limits. When the certificate requested by the same server is too frequent, Letsencrypt will limit it.

So is there any solution that can manage many certificates at the same time?

About the paid certificate, do I need to update certificate after renewal?
