I have a vultr instance in the NJ location. I want a dedicated instance for my applications 2.9GHz+ Cores, 8GB RAM, 30GB SSD, 1TB Bandwidth, 1IP for ≈$12/month.
Bare Metal, VDS, or like KVM without RAM/CPU/Disk limits is good.
East North America, United Kingdom, Canada.

I don't need dedicated cores as long as it doesn't have limits. My applications aren't mining, proxies, or any thing abnormal. I just want to be able to use the full core when performance requires without a time limit on it.
You're not going to find much better than an i3 without restrictions at $12/mo.
Budget is flexible. But i3s aren't a problem.
