Need a European VPS

Nothing huge, just a server for a project that will check a site's uptime.

I was thinking:
64-128MB RAM
10-15GB HDD
At least 500GB bandwidth
Virtualization platform doesn't matter
Budget: $2-6/mo

    Not sure why anyone would need 500GB bandwidth just for checking a sites uptime though.

    Let me be specific:
    It's a service I'm starting that checks a member's (of the service) site uptime, not as a serious business, but as a project to build up my portfolio.
