🔧 What's New at DeluxHost?

We know some customers have experienced performance issues and support delays recently. We're continuing to address outstanding cases and improve our services.

Here's what's new:

  • Updated Client Area: Our client area has moved to https://cloud.deluxhost.net, with ongoing improvements to the platform.

  • Support Escalations: Contact [email protected], or request an escalation and administrator review directly in your ticket after 24 hours without a staff response. We aim to review escalations within 12 hours.

  • Automated Diagnostics: A new diagnostic system helps identify technical issues and speed up troubleshooting through support tickets. (still in testing)

  • Public API (Beta): Our new REST API is now available in beta, allowing customers to integrate and automate service management, VPS operations, Storage Boxes, tickets, billing and more. Documentation: https://docs.deluxhost.net/

  • BGP in Amsterdam: BGP sessions are now available for customers who need to announce their own IP prefixes. Contact support for requirements and availability. (unprotected transit only)

    How are we able to pay? When I go to pay my invoice it says the panel does not support cards but it’s listed as a payment method.
