First and foremost, we kindly ask that you review the latest response provided in your support ticket and independently verify your VPS before reaching conclusions regarding its physical location.
As previously explained, our primary infrastructure operations and colocation focus are in Malaysia. However, this does not mean that all our services are physically hosted there. Your VPS is physically hosted in Singapore, not Malaysia.
Our earlier statement regarding DDoS protection and traffic routing was intended to explain the network path and the potential impact on latency, not to suggest that your VPS is physically located in Malaysia or that a Malaysia-hosted VPS is being advertised as a Singapore service.
The physical location of a VPS and the routing path taken by its traffic are two separate matters. We encourage you to verify the server and provide any technical findings through the existing support ticket. We are more than happy to review them with you.
We would also like to clarify that, as stated in our Terms of Service and service information, our network connectivity is not advertised or guaranteed as China-optimized (CN2/China-optimized routing). Depending on the destination, upstream providers, and applicable DDoS protection arrangements, latency and routing characteristics may vary.
We understand that the routing performance you experienced may not have met your expectations, particularly for connectivity to China. That is entirely understandable, and we respect your decision if the service is not suitable for your intended use.
As a one-time goodwill exception, we are happy to offer you a refund if you are dissatisfied with the routing or connectivity provided. We would much rather resolve this amicably than have you remain with a service that does not meet your requirements.
That said, we respectfully believe it would be more constructive to identify the concern as dissatisfaction with the routing or the absence of China-optimized connectivity, rather than presenting an unverified claim about the server's physical location as an established fact.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with requesting a refund because the routing does not meet your expectations. We are willing to accommodate that request on this occasion, even though China-optimized connectivity was not part of the advertised service.
We also kindly ask that you avoid drawing definitive conclusions without verifying the relevant technical information or responding to the explanations already provided through our support system.
