It’s a shame. We rarely support low-end configurations, and international bandwidth is quite expensive.

Let me support what Forest has said - I would also love to have a low end machine, even 1core/1GB ram/10GB storage/1TB traffic will do. However, I must admit that the current discount price is pretty good for certain locations.
