SVR4U provides Malaysia-based KVM VPS hosting with a dedicated IPv4 address included, KVM virtualization, DDoS mitigation and practical customer support.

FREE BUYER BONUS
Customers who purchase an eligible promotional VPS may claim one of the following buyer bonuses:
- 1.5× RAM
- 2× monthly transfer
- Additional port-speed upgrade of 150Mbps for plans below 1Gbps
The listed plan specifications are the base resources before a buyer bonus is applied.
The selected bonus will be verified and applied manually after the eligible order has been confirmed.
3-YEAR PREPAID BONUS
Customers who order an eligible promotional VPS on a 3-year prepaid billing term will receive a 2× RAM upgrade instead of the normal buyer bonus.
The 3-year prepaid RAM upgrade replaces the standard buyer bonus and does not stack with:
- The 1.5× RAM bonus
- The 2× transfer bonus
- The additional port-speed bonus
We will verify the order and confirm the 2× RAM upgrade before provisioning or applying the resource adjustment.

Once the 50-sale milestone is reached, SVR4U will:

IMPORTANT PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Promotional plans, discounted plans, flash-sale plans, giveaway services, buyer-bonus services and special community offers are strictly non-refundable after provisioning unless the service is not working as intended due to an issue on our side.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the following before ordering:

Public internet speed depends on the selected plan, destination, remote network, route and current network conditions.
Performance may differ between product families, destinations and Internet service providers.
Metered VPS plans will be throttled to 10Mbps after the included monthly transfer allowance has been exceeded. Normal plan speed will return after the next monthly transfer reset.
Unmetered plans remain subject to the Fair Usage Policy.
Continuous port saturation, abusive traffic, public proxy resale, mass proxy usage, heavy mirroring, spam, botting or traffic patterns that negatively affect shared network quality may be reviewed, restricted or suspended.

Test results are informational and do not guarantee identical performance to every ISP, route, network or destination at all times.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Outbound TCP port 25 is blocked by default.
Legitimate SMTP access may be reviewed upon request, but approval is not guaranteed.
Automatic backups are not included unless specifically stated on the ordered product.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own independent backups of important files, applications and databases.
Additional IPv4 addresses are not included with these promotional plans.
