[WANTED] Budget EU VPS under $10-15/year for private VPN (Yekaterinburg, RU)
Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a budget KVM VPS for a personal VPN/Xray project. My main requirements are:
- Budget: Strictly under $10-15/year.
- Location: Anywhere in Europe (DE, NL, FI, PL preferred) or nearby regions (e.g., Turkey, Moldova) with a good network route to Yekaterinburg, Russia.
- Minimum Specs: 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 10+ GB SSD.
- Network: 1 Gbps port. Traffic: at least 1-2 TB per month.
- Payment: I can pay with a non-Russian VISA card.
I will primarily use this to bypass local restrictions, so a stable connection is crucial.
Please feel free to post your offers or PM me. Thanks!

Your best bet might be finland in terms of routing. I did test a couple locations and that did turn out the best at least from a point of origin from there. But the rest of the locations were fine as well. Moldova was quite disappointing
Thanks!
Specs aren't exactly unreasonable but $10 will not yield you a lot of options. You'd probably do better with 12-20€.
You're right about the budget, but I actually had a great experience with Servitro DE at $12/year – until the SSD issues started and support became slow. It worked perfectly for months, so I know $12 CAN work if the provider is reliable. Just looking for something stable this time. Any specific recommendations?
Turkey, Moldova, Romania or Poland will not have the optimal routes for you. Maybe Poland less so. Otherwise you will find that you likely reach these via Frankfurt or Amsterdam. Stick with NL/DE/FR for cheap options, otherwise Sweden or Finland could be better, but it won't matter as much.
Nothing i could personally vouch for. 2026 isn't much of a great year for $12 deals in general. I've heared people being quite satisfied with https://realtoxmedia.de/sale though. Given you probably won't find much outside the usual suspects that might be a realistic option.
