Admittedly, I had written too many comments within that thread which frustrated some people so I am writing a new discussion all to this issue that i am facing to get the best support
If someone doesn't have anything helpful to say, I please suggest not to say then anything and leave this thread as I am genuinely stressed over losing my money and unhelpful comments will only depress me even further.
@PulsedMedia has only responded to me with AI on their ticket system so the only way to talk to them is literally talk on lowendtalk.
For context, I decided to buy the pulsedmedia deal because I had previously thought that they were good, even asking someone if they have a service there and asking if I can get it but then they said no so I literally said that I will keep an eye on @PulsedMedia
Well that eye got fucked by a needle, when I decided to buy the 12$-ish 1Tb storage box from pulsedmedia from their latest deal
Essentially I had usdc polygon and their payment processor didn't support it so I looked at everything and decided to pay in usdt solana
I then used allbridge because I had used them in the past and there had been no issues, so I decided to pay but I had less polygon so it auto converted some money ot polygon which lead to 60 cents deficient
Whatever, but then the transaction had happened
Now this is where the shit hits the fan, coinpayments didnt show the payments but it has literally happened on chain and nobody denies that it hasn't happened
So I contacted pulsedmedia but they only responded with AI or unhelpful comments (literally comparing themselves to amazon and electricity grid saying they can do nothing but it later does turn out that they can indeed do something as far as I can see on youtube videos and other resources mentioning that I Need to be in touch of the merchant in order to get a refund)
Now coinpayments had sent me 2 new links for some fucking reason not acknolwedging the fact that I had already sent them 11$ and I cant even create tickets with my transaction because "too many transactions have taken place" , my ass.
People asked me to wait, I was hopeful but worried what happens if I dont get my refund. Well shit also turned to hell when I realized that if the refund goes to allbridge account, there is no way to get the money back as its a smart contract after contacting their team and they basically asked me to solve this issue with pulsedmedia & its payment processor asap (their literally wording) otherwise I will lose my money altogether.
People have said some negative things to my comments, I have tried to respond peacefully to most of them, I have been part of lowendtalk for sometime now and I try to respond peacefully aside from some casual swearing in that thread because of the stress.
I am genuinely distressed over how @PulsedMedia and their payment processor coinpayments.net have acted upon, I don't know where to go because payment processor doesn't respond to all the tickets I have asked them, they don't even mail me back and @PulsedMedia responded with AI to an genuine message that I had written which took me an hour the first time to explain.
I am genuinely feeling fucked in the ass right now by all of what had happened to me.
@PulsedMedia says that they can't help me at all but it has been mentioned within the support articles to contact the merchant. 
I talked to people online about it with my friends and the consensus was that either @PulsedMedia or payment processor would either refund me the money or would provide me the service.
I don't even know what the fuck to do. I didn't expect that this could happen to me, I always thought that these things happen to other people but truly someone said it right that things hit different when they happen to you.
So in that sense, I kinda realize the people who ask me to stay peaceful/chill out and I had followed their advice for a few hours at times but now I will literally lose my money if I do that.
I am sorry if I spammed that thread, not my intention, I just want either the service or my money back and I feel like that might be a reasonable request.
I am just incredibly and utterly disappointed in all of this beyond words thus writing more words than usual.
Has someone else faced something similar to me, if so what had you guys done and what do you guys think on a more genuine basis as to what I might do next, I have already contacted coinpayments multiple times and contacted them through social media and I have done everything within my power and I have also relaxed and waited but to no avail. I have done almost everything that I could but I am still not having my funds back and If I dont make this post now, I will get neither service nor my funds back if the refund goes back to the allbridge account.

So, where's the money you paid? Judging from your writing it's on coinpayments. Wouldn't it will be more easier to sent another 60 cents plus ( due to transaction fees) and get the service?

I can pay them 60 cents additionally yes, but the problem is that coinpayments isn't showing my former balance at all, Usually as far as I can tell, in the website they mention that multiple payments are allowed so what I had done shouldn't be a problem but it has become.
I have gotten no confirmation from anybody if even paying 60 cents would do the transaction or not, so those would've gone into the sinkhole as well and they will.
So when I had sent my 11$, it should have shown in the transaction page as received balance column but even after so many hours its stuck at 0.
First of all, you should always sent the exact amount given from payment processor not more not less! Secondly, as far as i am aware, if the invoice is not paid or underpaid i doubt pulsedmedia has anything to do with it rather coinpayments. And of course this thread is not going to change nor help anything period!
I had to pay 11.788$ and I had sent them 11.13$

I don't think @PulsedMedia can refund you because they haven't received your payment yet. Your payment is stuck at CoinPayment because your transfer doesn't match.
Once again, I want to say that if I just sit and wait, my money will probably get refunded to allbridge account and I or for that matter anyone would be unable to access it.

I must admit that I still feel privileged that I have my own spare money admittedly small that I can spend on my hobbies when there are orphans in my country who don't have it.

You pulled up information for a classical service refund. Your case isn't a classical service refund. Just send coinpayments a mail with your transaction id, clearly stating that it's a partial, uncompleted payment.
