These are 2.5" drive slots so if it's a low capacity 2.5" HDD ( 1-4TB~ ) then it's possible otherwise no.
The EPYC 7551P upgrade for an additional $50/yr is extremely tempting. Now I just need to find a use case for a 32c/64t CPU...
