Promotional plans are built on the same high-quality, highly redundant infrastructure as our regular plans, allowing you to enjoy the same exceptional service at a more affordable price. Support time may be a bit slower as we prioritise requests from customers who are using our regular, no discounted plans.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which entitles customers to a refund or replacement if a product or service is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as intended. For change-of-mind purchases, we do not provide refunds. To help you make an informed decision, we offer Looking Glasses and test IPs for evaluation prior to purchase.
Q: Can I upgrade to a larger plan?
A: You will need to pay the full listed price for the upgrade, including the price difference.
Q: How can I request BGP sessions or BYOIP?
A: Please open a support ticket and include your LoA. These requests are processed manually by us and our IP transit provider, so please allow a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks.
Q: What payment methods do you support?
