Bandwidth is provided by Cogent and Hurricane Electric with peering over the Seattle Internet Exchange (SIX) - Google, Amazon, Netflix, Dropbox & Apple, just to name a few. For our Canadian eyeballs, we also peer with Telus & Shaw!

We are not resellers, we own our hardware and IP’s (AS36369).

  • I think you'd get more sales on the higher priced packages if you discounted them just a little. You're just multiplying the resources but not the IPv4, so you're saving money and customer isn't. If you can show a little discount, mentally, the savings will trigger more purchases. IMO.

    Also, the larger the package, the lower the utilization ratio of used resources, so you should try to sell more higher packages than the more dense low priced package that will, on average, use higher resources per cost.

    The worst example of this pricing is with Cloud at Cost, where there's absolutely no benefit to getting higher packages than multiple smallest packages that would get more resources than buying the biggest package for same price. It's got to be money laundering.
