No, we do not have and reduction in speeds after a certain amount. That said however, we do look for abuse and will shut the VPS down if it is being used for something it shouldn't be.

I have purchased.
However, I found a lot of problems.
I don't know if anyone else has encountered it.
When I log in via ssh, it prompts that port 22 cannot be connected. After waiting for about 5 minutes, port 22 can be connected. However, when using the root password provided in the mailbox to log in, the password is incorrect.
Rebuild has a limit of 50 times.
No admin panel, at least no admin panel address received in the mail.(Since there is no admin panel, there is no way to reset the root password by yourself.)
When using the noVNC Console, a 1006 error is displayed.

Port 22 shouldnt be blocked, its possible the VM was still installing when you tried to login.
Rebuild is a soft limit and be set to anything.
You can open a ticket for VNC access.
