First some short history: I got a VPS from Hybula quite early, i.e. pretty much as soon as I saw them here. And yes, of bloody course I benchmarked that machine and not in "good neighbour" mode ...
So it was pretty much a no-brainer to ponder - and then take - Hybula's current promo.
Main reasons:
TL;DR a very good provider when your target is decent, reliable, no trickery, and insanely good and fast connectivity. Not the best choice in terms of super-cheap but clearly among the top-3 in terms of "bang for the buck for serious professionals".
I have a guide line which has served me well since years: buying 3 super cheap VPS e.g. for DNS is much cheaper and almost as good as paying 3 to 5 times more for 2 higher end boxes. BUT: Use professional grade services only for critical stuff! And for that Hybula clearly is among the best choices if not the best.

Is this a recurring price or just one-off? It doesn't actually say it's recurring, including the order form, so I would't want to just assume.
Are you registered for VAT for sales to the UK? I tried changing my country to UK and the order form kept the VAT rate at the Dutch 21%.

The other question is whether you mind if we disable qemu-guest-agent, or alternatively can the memory monitoring be either turned off or run less frequently? I noticed it's running every 5 seconds, which is causing a phenomenal amount of spam in both syslog and messages. Both files are growing at about 2.5KB per minute, and it's hard to find anything else in there because of the spam!
This may be caused by VirtFusion software we use. I will check this out with the devs of it. You may safely disable the guest agent.
@ralf According to the devs, this polling only happens when you view the VM in the panel. Once you are not viewing it will not spam the logs like that. Can you confirm this?

Ah good spot, thanks! Yeah, I can confirm if you have the control panel open (in any tab, not just the memory one) this happens, and it stops as soon as you close the control panel.
Also it only happens every 10 seconds unless you've accidentally left it open on the control panel in multiple tabs by mistake!
