We do offer DDoS Protection. All of our data centers have a minimum of 2Gbps of DDoS protection, and our LA data center provides 20Gbps.

We are making progress.
Yesterday about 15 improvements were made to the design after listening to user feedback. We will be making another dozen enhancements in the next 24 hours.
