Seems legit. lfchosting.com is registered in '98, they have their own CIDR, whmcs validated...etc ;)

Figured I would post a comment since I've had a few people ask -- we are actually in Denver but our ARIN addresses are registered to a Canadian company since we are Canadian owned.
