@Asim good morning, yes it installs Debian 6 and can be force upgraded to Debian 7 as mentioned in the ad. Please consider the low ram of that plan and its uses in production though it is mainly a legacy sized vm it is limited as such with performance and ability to run applications within said limited ram, still it can do a plethora of things when put in the right hands
