VPS in Hong Kong for Tor exit node
This may be a bit of an ask so I'll keep my budget unspecified (best I've seen was around $4/month, but that was a bit of a unicorn) just to see what's out there. I'm looking for a Hong Kong VPS with the following minimum specs:
- 1 vCPU (E5-26xx v4 or better preferred)
- 1.5 GB RAM
- 5 GB storage (any type)
- Unmetered bandwidth @ 80 Mbps or 15 TB/month
The provider must be tolerant of Tor exits. Payment via cryptocurrency strongly preferred. Peering to AS135330 and dual-stack connectivity would be a plus but is not required. I'll be a long-term customer.
