Transfer: EasyVM E3-1230v3 Dedi / 32GB / 250GB SSD / 100TB BW / $130 p/yr ($85 transfer)

Decided to let go of my EasyVM E3-1230v3 Dedi that I grabbed during the BF/CM sales due to some network issues and getting a better deal from another provider.
E3-1230v3 (4c/8t)
32GB RAM
250GB SSD
100TB B/W
$130/YEAR (renews December 2025)
ASHBURN, VA LOCATION
I'll be upfront and honest, it's got some massive issues with the download speed at the moment - it can't push more than 20mbps download 95% of the time. I've opened a support ticket regarding this issue but the support is unfortunately very slow to respond and I'm not willing to wait around to fix it anymore.
Other than the current network download speed issue, uptime & every other aspect of performance is solid.
Happy to let it go for $75 USD through Paypal F&F or $85 USD through Paypal Business payment due to the current issue with the network speeds & it being ~2 months into the service. (if you're willing to deal with getting the network speed issue resolved it's a good deal in my opinion)
I have reached out to EasyVM regarding any transfer fees & I'm happy to pay any fee up to $20 USD but I do kindly request any prospective buyer be willing to pay the additional amount if it exceeds $20 USD.

This is a fantastic deal, but the network as you've mentioned is in a truly unfortunate state... Hope this gets fixed for whoever picks this up!
Also have network issues with this provider in their other locations (Ashburn & Texas)
Tickets are being left unanswered for weeks.
Appreciate @beanman109's honesty, but IMO, stay away from them if you want something to actually work as it should.
anyone else that's having network issues, can you do an iftop and see if your getting flooded with connections from we-are-parallax.net. even if you block the ASN on your kernel firewall. Also nethogs shows an unknown process running on an unknown Ethernet. I'm getting a constant 2-3-mbs on my download.
edit:
seems others are having issues as well...
