You're coming off as a rude fucking cunt. period.
Go get a tampon. That's NOT how you begin a business relationship.

Can't just answer simple presales questions? Heymman is doing business, not charity.

This provider is clearly not a good fit you.
You are also not a good client for this provider.

Move on, don't be mentally disturbed today anymore.

I think it's hilarious. Straight to the point. I love working with people like him. Why didn't you read the FAQ/post? They have always sold very affordable budget servers, info is readily available on their post/website.

Reading is an essential skill that unfortunately, many people take for granted.

This thread is exactly a good one. He responded pretty quickly to his clients.

It's like sitting at a table in a restaurant, and the owner personally greets you with a menu.

Me: "May I ask what the soup of the day is?"
Owner: "I am assessing you, have determined you a trouble maker, and am reminding you to read the menu"

I think the support staff was in a mood to close the ticket and get off the rack fast.

    Not quite...

Owner: Everything we have is on the menu.

Me: Will you give me a glass of lemonade?

Owner: Have you read the menu?

Me: Will you give me a steak?

The absolute arrogance of someone who demands to have something custom written for them when it's not going to vary from where it was already written, especially after being linked to it so you know where it is, is surely a sign of being mentally disturbed.

  • Heymman thinking to himself: "hmm, I got a sales bump today but I didn't start any new advertising campaigns..."

I suppose simply answering the questions with a "yes/no" would just be too damn difficult in the heat of the moment. Why even offer sales chat support then, if you're too arsed to answer clients questions?

I've always found Francis to be reasonable and professional. Never had an issue with him.

Support did answer where the person asking could find the answers to the questions they were asking, preventing more time used in the future.

Why offer it? To be able to answer questions not already answered.
