    Ok, this thread FORCED me to try that tmux stuff. Is the second time in the week that I hear about it.
    And I must say this is amazing :D!

    Didn't get on with it personally. That's why i'm now using MTPuTTY for Windows ;-)

    Change the encoding to fix those special characters - they should be lines ;-)

    blah, I just use Xming if I am using windows and then run terminal from my nas via X

    The best tabbed ssh for windows use to be "PuTTY Connection Manager" but it seems the project has been abandoned..
