I use this online: http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/visual-tracert/
Yes I also used that, but the problem is that it does not perform a traceroute from your location to the endpoint. It does a traceroute from your location to their servers and then against from that point to the end. That leads to crazy routings in my case.
http://www.visualroute.com has a 15 days trial.
Eons ago, I used NeoTrace. I have no idea if it still exists, is up to date, works, etc...
Hah, yes NeoTrace. I used that years ago, too. It seems as it has been bought by McAfee and costs a bunch of money. :-(
You can still find the old versions of NeoTrace scattered around the web!
They still work great.
Well, I can only find dead links or links to the new pro version. :-(
@nabo maybe the windows version of MTR? http://winmtr.net/
ow, never mind, wrong tool. Sorry.
This doesn't have a world map, but it's pretty useful. I've been using it for a few months now: http://www.whatsupgold.com/free-software/network-tools/visual-traceroute-tool.aspx
Didn't Sam Spade app for Windows have a good traceroute system? (Though if you're referring to a map I think I'm mistaken.)
Well, these are all nice traceroute tools, however:
;-)
My bad, sorry. Blame reading on my mobile!
