Can I flag this?
Why would you?
I don't think it's very professional of you to be making these kinds of topics, Randy. Especially when you're going to throw out vague terms like "abuser" and "spam".
It would be helpful if you'd provide some proof, such as blacklist listings/etc.
@Randy fraudrecord.com
I am just telling the low end providers here. If i dont use the word "abuser' or "spam" could you suggest the correct word to use ?
Sure. I will post the blacklisting proof
From your TOS
This forum does not count as the "authorities". It's a nice gesture that you wanted to warn hosts, but it's an empty gesture as we only have one side of the story and a pretty half ass story at best.
To reiterate, this type of information shouldn't be shared in public. I'm pretty sure most hosts have a clause in their TOS where they state that they won't share details with 3rd parties.
Yet i am sure most hosts do share the details with third parties - the payment processor and MaxMind
As he is part of a let member, it would be nice to warn people
You know what I meant
How about explaining what he did? You say "spam", but that could mean any number of things. To some people, it could mean anyone who sends out mass emails. To others, it's people sending out emails that aren't compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act. To yet others, it could mean that the email list isn't double-opt-in...
So Randy, this Giang fellow is sending out spam in a can or is it more with toast and cheese?
Uploading..
Poor Randy,
No matter what he does, He is bad. HAHA.
But really Randy, Grow up buddy. All of your posts and comment are actually going to haunt you and will hurt your reputation if you plan to run TheHostingSquad for more than 1 year.
If the person in question violated your TOS, Share the full story. But TBH, For something as small as this, a forum post is not required. My 2c.
REMOVED as per request
@Taz_Ninjahawk yes, i will take note of that, this abuse is serious , i dont want any providers to fall for the same user)
Did you clear this with the customer? It could be an honest compromise case.
This IP is assigned to my $1 VPS I ordered, lol. Just reinstall Windows and installed Chrome on it, do a single SpeedTest.net and that all.
And I didn't recive any notice from him, yet.
You did that because I found out your Windows Server template was not clean?
@Randy
use
<img src="thehostingsquad.com/abuse1.png" alt="image" />
Seriously, you're labeling a user as a spammer due to a Spamhaus report?
And on #3, hide the users name please.
And I didn't recive any notice from him, yet.
I had this happen on a fresh Windows 2003 SP2 box I installed (no further updates), drove home, saw tons of AOL/Hotmail alerts. After that I never left the datacentre without a full Windows update and always plug a Windows box with NAT-ed IP first.
why would i do that? LSN systems sent the notification.
please check your emails? it was sent out to you.
Way to violate multiple laws and your own TOS...
You just posted a client's full name in a public forum.
His template got an unremoved Google Chrome profile that contained a link to a porn site. (from 30 June, 2012)
Another user post a screenshot here:

Your full name is Randy Tan?
No, the paypal name said difference.
@Randy You actually warned everyone at LET, to watch out from trying any services from YOU. If you really want to bet your reputation, allow any member of this forum to try to reinstall your available template to prove allegation that your template is not clean.
i support @giang in this. You have already tripped the wire few many times.
He removed this template already (As he said on his offer thread)
Yes. i am aware of that. shall get it fixed soon..
chances of that is low, unless he never did changed the root password, unless he shared the details of the vps it would not been hacked.
The os is clean, if its not clean, all of my users would have been hacked already.
If he provided a bad template which might have caused this issue, he should fire the techguy or himself, not the client.
