The Sales Representative primary role is to make sales and keep our sales engine finely tuned by driving performance and maintaining a great customer relationship. His or her work requires a service attitude, always putting the customers needs first.

Job Requirements:

• Must speak proper English.

• Experienced in the hosting industry.

• Demonstrable examples of going above and beyond.

• Outgoing personality and the desire to support the efforts of others.

• Proficiency using a browser and web based solutions.

• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment with pressure to perform.

• Flexibility to work extended hours as the month closes.

• Demonstrable examples of high performance in an unstructured environment.

• Interested in learning more about Cloud hosting.

Pay:

Monthly Salary + commission + bonus (based on performance)

You will have to meet the target sales quota on a monthly basis.

Benefits:

• Commission paid on recurring revenue for 1 year.

• No need to provide technical support, StyleX Networks will provide technical support directly to the user

• No risk of credit card chargebacks and/or loss of payment processing accounts

• Bonus paid on a monthly basis based on the Sale Representative's performance

Indeedy, that would be quite obvious; that's the standard mode for most of the world. So there's no range that StyleX is willing to pay within?

Well, Randy is Chinese and Chinese usually work hard. So he could be a decent choice, i am just not sure how old is he and as such can he be legally hired.

Base salary is put in place to motivate you, should not be relied on as the only source of income. A good sales person will make his/her income mainly from commission.

Also just a side note, raises and bonus will be given based on performance.

Base salary is paid on a monthly basis along with your recurring commission for every order (for 1 year). However if you keep failing to hit the target quota consecutively then you won't stay for long. Again as stated previously, base salary is given to motivate you. A good sales person will make his/her majority income from their recurring commission.

May I know the target sales quota? Maybe it's fits with my free time, it's a freelance job, am I right? And about salary payment, liberty reserve accepted? (I have a paypalphobia.. :p)

Target quota varies but from 1-2k per month. You can get paid via check, Paypal or wire transfer.

I am also not accepting anyone outside of the US due to legal issues.
