How many of these do you plan to put on your node?

Most people buy the 256's, as I've noticed. I don't plan putting many more VPS's on the current node. I will be getting a new node after this offer.

    Thanks

Still only allows for 33 servers, which gives you $99 of profit. That's disk.. Even with the new server your overselling rate seems like at least 300% on almost every resource

I'm not actually overselling RAM one bit at this moment.

    Then you aren't profiting ;)

    Can't break the maths

Not quite, but nearly ;) Very nearly there which is good, as SwitchVM has only been open 1 month in 2 days.

Well i should hope so seen as your first month was free :)

Why the move to SS? I thought they weren't interested in your business.

That was when SwitchVM was in LA with MotionServers, whom I regretted going with. Moved not far away to Phoenix, but not with SS, even though they said I can once again purchase servers from them ;) So they are interested in my business now. A manager reviewed it and looked at my site and such.

He moved to ioflood where Gabe was running a special with a block of free ips as well.

Was just explaining about how they're @ Phoenix NAP but not with SS directly. I think Zen has already nailed all the points required. Either massively overselling or not making profit and not making profit is problem. You have to either pay for staff or someone's time eventually. If it's a hobby they can run away any time.

Disk has been so oversold, RAM isn't even part of the equation. Wouldn't surprise me if it's running RAID0 too.

  • Gabe wasn't running a special. He always offers free IP's with Dedicated Servers. It wasn't a special.

I am not overselling RAM as of yet. I've also fixed the order links

  • @concerto49 Do you have anything against Switchvm or something? Why are you attacking him? He might go down or go up, what's the purpose? did he harm you in any shape of form?

  • @LAKid chill out dude, don't be a hypocrite.

You both are entitled to your own opinion.
