@Zhuanyi - we use openvz which is mentioned in the ad. We promised 99.5% uptime, as there is nobody who can really offer anything more ( in our opinion ) as things happen. Networks go down. Hardware wise and datawise, there should hardly ever be downtime. Unless it is scheduled. We do provide credits for downtime.

We under-promise and over-deliver instead of the usual over-promise and under deliver
