Intel SSDs (LEB/LET is on Intel SSDs). Samsung 830's 120GB and upwards, the smaller ones have considerably slower read/write.

I heard the intel 320's sucked, or atleast, that's what I may of misheard :S! @Nick_A -- Higher Fail Rates, due to Firmware or something? OR was this resolved? I'm a tech channel follower and they've mentioned something about the Firmware on them intels.

Not the 320s. I haven't even heard of a 320 failure among any of the several providers I've used overtime. Maybe you're thinking of the Sandforce ones.

There was an error in the 320 firmware which could cause the drive to pretty much brick in a power failure

I think some provider here uses Intel 520, but i'm not 100% sure so i won't tell the name

I do what I can! Other than that, 320s are very solid drives. We rent 80 nodes with intel ssds, we've not have one failure in a whole year.

Is there a good LEB cheap provider with USA servers (XEN/KVM 256MB for 5usd) ?

Same here. We use intel 320 and have not had any issue at all. I love them.
