I remember I went walking last week (we did about 16 miles) and at the end there was an ice cream van. I asked for mint chop chip and the ice cream man said they didn't sell it anymore because of people with nut allergies. Its kind of simple; if you have a nut allergy don't eat it...

Even my six year old nephew knows about his nut allergy and checks foods before eating them.
