    Thank you!
I saw you attempting to boot the box, but first, we must install an OS.
I've signalled an OS installation for you now, feel free to change it to what ever suits you best :)

So many stupidly cheap options out there.
Signed up, instant activation, CP looks good... Hopefully you can stick around for a bit!

EDIT: Oh Ohhh, I'm having a few issues with some fairly standard iptables modules (eg state).
Can these be added, and before I go down there, TUN/TAP?

same issue here, want to see it be fixed.
iptables v1.4.14: can't initialize iptables table nat: Table does not exist (do you need to insmod?) Perhaps iptables or your kernel needs to be upgraded.

    Vivid LLC VIVID-4 (NET-107-181-128-0-1) 107.181.128.0 - 107.181.159.255

    RIJX NET-107-181-152-0-1 (NET-107-181-152-0-1) 107.181.152.0 - 107.181.155.255

So someone can take a guess ?

    Do you provide IPv6?

    Vivid LLC is just Iniz.

so that's why the offer template is almost the same as iniz, another cheaper brand?

No, we have just leased out IPs to RIJX. We have no relation other then that.

    Works fine, yo!
    [root@jaakka ~]# iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 10.8.0.0/24 -o venet0 -j MASQUERADE

Reboot your container, tun/tap is preloaded

Since i was one of the early adopters for this service i know that everything should be operational and working just fine.
Some specific modules arent there, aka for fuse, but thats about it

"By owning our hardware, network gear & IPs ensures costs are low and this is passed onto our clients".

    Aren't the IPs leased?

Edit: nor the network, since your AS is simply connected to Krypt.

    Yes

We never mention the network is owned by us, we have our own switch and static route to Krypt and will be implementing auto null route + automated removal and email notification shortly and this is key to make it work easily. Whilst we don't have IPs directly from ARIN we have the option to announce these IPs where we like and have control over them with long term lease/ownership.

That is fine for personal use, you may be throttled or rebooted if IO/CPU usage is too high (with an email notification)

    nice phone number :)

Thanks, updated. Feel free to give us a call :)

  • What are the chances you'll be around for the next 5 months? The offers are good, but I am afraid to pay yearly and get < 5 months of service.

  • Did ARIN just find a couple billion IPs down the back of their sofa? A lot of hosts seem to be giving out multiple IPs free/extremely cheap with no justification lately

They just want to hoard them while they can. This for example, helps INIZ on the long term.

Would love the option of being able to change the VPS panel password, and turn off the email notifications.

Also, in the email I get after VPS re-imaging completes :

We do store this password anywhere in our system.

Shouldn't that say "We do NOT store this password anywhere in our system." ?

    Further:

What are these processes? They keep going away and re-spawning every 15-20 seconds.

where to turn off the login email notification? I didn't find it...
And I also have such vzctl: pts/0 process, it that because the custom design vps control panel need to get the realtime CPU/memory/Disk/BW usage?
