@CVPS_Chris is a very active member here and after using his services for the past 24 hours I felt I'd write a review.
I bought a 2GB VPS for $7 I think this is probably the only one on the market for such a price.
But after a few hours I thought id change it into his Current LEB XEN Plan as I didn't really like vz anymore.
So I submitted a ticket.

Service changed to XEN Tuesday, May 8th, 2012 (20:47)
I felt this was a little slow however on his current LEB listing it says;
"Last night was an off night since I went to bed earlier than normal because of final MBA exams I had today.
The Plan I purchased was there; XEN Standard 512MB Guaranteed RAM 20GB Hard Disk Storage 1TB Data Transfer 1 IPv4 Address SolusVM/XEN $6.45/Month (Normally $9.95)
I didn't like the fact that it doesn't show you the plan details in WHMCS for example;
It Just has Prices and Plan name.
There are a lot of add-ons they let you purchase when ordering...
and Quite a big Template list
My VZ Plan was instant setup and easy to ssh in
[root@mybox ~]# dd if=/dev/zero of=test bs=64k count=16k conv=fdatasync 16384+0 records in 16384+0 records out 1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB) copied, 6.08435 seconds, 176 MB/s [root@mybox ~]#
They allocate a nice 3 x 3392.472 MHz of an E3-1270
I also noticed i only got around 100mbit out of it I guess its 100mbps port on the node?

However my XEN box...

Still 100mbit port though..

IOPing is a little unstable.
I also Liked they had this in WHMCS which some providers don't provide
Graphs , Reboot , Console ect.
Instant R-DNS not available however there is a Knowledge base Article about it.
https://billing.chicagovps.net/knowledgebase/2/rDNS.html
I have yet to take advantage of there "Semi-managed" Support.
From my 26 hours with them It seems they are stable and they get a lot of stick for the 5-10 people they were on a dodgy node with them.
I'll update this at the end of the month :)

I think @CVPS_Chris is probably sleeping now. I just got a VPS from him too. Everything is good except my IP being blocked Hotmail and I'm getting following error:
Do you have the same issue?

0 • Disagree Agree ThanksDude, fuck those IP-blacklisting, scam-running, piece of shit sites. I don't know how blacklist sites still exist and I really don't know why ISPs use them as a source of what's legit on the Internet.
For four years I spent almost an hour each day cleaning up IPs. I've dealt with so many companies who tried to hold my IPs hostage in exchange for cash that I now have them on my blacklist. Some of them are like collection agencies and would even call me at home trying to make a "deal" in order to get an IP removed.
I finally said "fuck it" last month and disabled all email services on my shared servers and my main site. I moved everything to Google Apps (free) and told my clients to do the same. My life has been a lot more stress-free since then. Those fuckers aren't going to block Google IPs and I don't have to deal with them anymore. I suggest everyone does the same thing.
tl;dr - Fuck blacklisting sites.

0 • Disagree Agree ThanksSigned up with ChicagoVPS last week and it's been nothing but great, only issue I've noticed is high load on the server/network at some points during the day slow it down. The support from Chris has been excellent and pretty quick.
Disk speeds are fairly good.
Download speed for me is 10M/s on average, so it's a 100mbit port.

0 • Disagree Agree ThanksI am polishing your tin foil hat right up sir
Did you ever think this is a conspiracy by all the big mail operators (gmail, msn, yahoo) to cause trouble with the blacklists in order to get you into their paid service?
Same goes for the Browsers / SSL Cert vendors

0 • Disagree Agree ThanksI personally have no sympathy for folks that run a seemingly intentionally shady business, dirty up an IP range, then cry about having to clean up afterwards.

0 • Disagree Agree ThanksA little surprised at seeing the OpenVZ product getting 3 x 3392.472 MHz of an E3-1270 but the Xen gets 1 core of a x3450, plus much poorer I/O results.

On topic - I have three of the 2048 plans with ChicagoVPS currently, and happy with all of them, though they are -very- low resource usage.
