Ping Code

Hi, I'm looking for a simple ping code, similar to http://at.edis.at but not so complex. I basically just need a box, that automatically inserts your IP, then a ping button linked to my server, then I would like ping results to be displayed. Anyone know of any open source code that does this?

@INIZ I have shared hosting, not able to actually run scripts. I just need a simple script that pings my dedicated servers and then displays the latency to the server.

It's almost impossible to run ping tools on shared hosting due to security issues (access to raw sockets or process)

@gbshouse Is it not possibly to create a script that is maybe php or javascript or something that pings the IP similar to how you can on a windows cmd prompt?
