Economy doesn't work that way unfortunately. What you ask costs way more than $20. Nevermind all other things, just 99.99999% uptime is worth >$1000.

If you want a provider who has the staff, redundancy and network capacity in place to offer a reasonable guarantee of five 9s of uptime, then you can expect to pay far higher than any offer allowed on these forums. Five 9s of uptime works out to be about a quarter second of downtime per month.

  • you can always ask :) however that uptime means less than a second of downtime a month and is basically 100%

whilst achievable on an infrastructure level with a lot of redundancy, you will also need to make sure your software layer lives up to it ..... and as for the price, yes if you add four to six zeros

Unlimited bandwith at 10 Mbps is do-able, but further, no unfortunatley not.

So 10Mbps unlimited with 99.99999% uptime is doable for $20/month?

10Mbps is only 3,24TB but no, 99.99999% uptime isn't possible as i mentioned here:

    2GB,50 GB x $7 x 2 =$14 + Anycast IP = ?? uptime
