We can do it for $9/quarter, but the geo ip of the address will only resolve to the USA, not specifically to Texas. However, the actual server will be located in Texas.
You can order it directly through our website, selecting the quarterly billing for an extra IPv4 address first, then adding another quarterly billed address afterwards.
The extra IPs will need a brief summary on what they will be used for due to the global IPv4 shortage though.
