For those that don't remember the Previous offer and Other previous offer, here is a short summary / FAQ

Server Location: Varna, Bulgaria

Some background: Company name Telecoms Ltd., registered in it's current form since 1998. Company Reg. No 103282011, EU VAT number BG103282011. We are operating our own network - AS16154. RIPE LIR since 2000. Our main business is ISP.

All dedicated servers are currently offered with 1 or 5 free IPs. If you choose the 5 free IPs option, a subnet will be assigned to you in the RIPE databse, which means your named and other details will be visible in the whois for the IPs. Sorry, there is no privacy option for the RIPE database.

If you have any questions, please ask.

    • We don't like game servers
    • We don't like IRC (servers and bots), we can make an exception if you just want to chat some and don't get yourselve into any IRC wars and such.

    hmm interesting, I would need some exception on the IRC thing but would make a great lowendspirit node if you also offer IPv6?

    Ant.

  • If you use it to chat on IRC i'm fine with it. But if it's some unknown people doing god knows what with IRC, better not.

    Ok, never had an issue in 6 months with 2 full servers but I understand some people think the devil invented IRC so I best stay away, always find the whole IRC thig odd, I get way more DDOS issues on.... websites, than anything else, I still allow them though :)

  • I've only had a DDoS over ipv6 once, but it was ugly :) RTBH for ipv6 seems to be mostly non-existent for now, or at least my upstreams don't have such feature.

    @rds100 that's a huge progress :)

  • @Spirit hey, i was one of the founders of the oldest and largest IRC networks in Bulgaria, i had 2 servers there in the past... I know some things ;-)

  • Its illegal in Bulgaria to distribute porn? That's irony.

  • @ztec yes, up to two years in prison. Which doesn't stop the cable TVs to have 24/7 porn channels, although that's a different case.

    This sounded funny.
