currently we support Rate limit on Network interfaces for KVM and HD read/write limits, however if you are talking about overall max bandwidth limitation, we are willing to implement it if possible.

we do SSL authentication using proxmox global API (described in here)

Actually quite impressed - however website has some sloppy features like stretched screenshot here and there.
No intention to insult but the logo at first made me think this would be some rebranded nulled software x: might want to remove the rainbow thingy and use a cleaner/tighter font
